Week nights:
Sunday through Thursday

Weekends:
Friday & Saturday
"4 adults per cabin"
Children in school free
All Cabins are 2 bedroom and sleep 5
Linens, Towels, Soap  ,Dish washing Liquid furnished
Kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, silverware ,etc.
Two cabins have Fireplaces with electric logs
Rates Per Night
Weeknights........... $ 79 ea. Night for 2 night stay
Weekend............................$ 99 ea. Night
Picnic Shelter............................$ 40 day

Check - in: 3:00pm  Check Out: 11 am
Maximum of one pet!!
You are responsible for your pet at all time. Your pet is not allowed outside
your cabin alone, unleashed or unattended.
Anyone failing to obey rules will be asked to leave with no refunds. They
are not permitted in beds or on furniture.
Children
You are to supervise your children at all times on the
playground and around water. We will not be responsible for
your children's safety.

GUESTS
  • NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
  • Horseplay will not be tolerated. If you or your guests
    vandalize, destroy or steal property, take items in the
    cabins, you will pay for it.
  • NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABINS
  • If you want to drink alcoholic beverages, be responsible PLEASE
No Drunken behavior allowed.
No open containers of alcohol on the grounds!
  • NO HUNTING OR WEAPONS  OF ANY KIND ALLOWED
    ON THE PROPERTY
  • PUT ALL TRASH IN THE OUTDOOR CONTAINER &
    MAKE SURE LID IS CLOSED. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE
    OR FOOD IN THE CABIN WHEN YOU LEAVE
  • DISHES SHOULD BE WASHED AND PUT UP BEFORE
    YOU LEAVE
  • DON'T USE TOWELS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN
    BATHING
  • Leave key on kitchen table and leave door unlocked
  • Turn off Air Conditioner
  • In winter, turn thermostat down to 50 degrees




CANCELLATION POLICY
* If you cancel a booking more than 30 days prior to the dates, we will
send your deposit back to you.
*If you cancel before 30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if we
can get another reservation for those dates
